I’ve recently delivered a wedding album to P & J, who married at beautiful Ramster Hall in Chiddingfold back in the autumn. I thought I’d quickly share a snippet of their day, which was an absolute delight to be a part of – lots of laughter, a properly relaxed atmosphere, with September sunshine and plenty of time for friends and family to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Ramster is one of my very favourite venues (though my computer still, always, auto-corrects to Hamster Hall, even when I’ve typed it hundreds of times) – first of all because I love plants and gardens, so to be able to wander the gorgeous grounds, taking wedding photographs with a newly-married couple, is a real joy. The darkness, sparkles and drama of the halls are something really special; the courtyard is perfect for mingling and drinks; and it’s still a family home so Rosie, the owner, is really invested in making sure guests have the best possible experience. In-house caterers Jacaranda provide exquisite food and service, and on this particular day there was brilliant regular DJ Mark Parker getting everyone dancing. I just can’t wait to be back for my next Ramster Hall wedding in April!
It’s been a busy time of year for album design, and I’m happy to say that couples and families continue to be delighted by these superb lay-flat heirloom books by Folio Albums – such gorgeous quality!
